Slapstick is another way of saying black comedy in media. Although this article is based upon actions films, I still can relate to certain aspects of the article, as he debates about the direction and creation of the films themselves, which is the same work process done in animations. He talks about several problems he encountered in developing this genre, which I can relate to in my research.
